The staff were cute and efficient. Wendy's courtesy call before our trip showed great attention. Linda and Emma ensured an early check-in. This helped us prepare for an event. The food was AMAZING!!!
Parking was hard to find. It was almost always full . This situation required a bit more planning.

the staff ensured we had a ground floor room because of mobility issues the staff were really good. the waitress ellie anticipated our needs she knew the customers very well and delivered first class service. the batter was light and tasty the fish was great i had fish and chips. there was a residents discount i found that a lovely touch

the location is in a quiet suburb it gives easy access to the ring road for getting around. a turkish restaurant is a short walk away and there is a cafe across the road. i found a good sized free car park.

We had our wedding here. All staff. The venue is fine. It is classy and modern. I found the food and cocktails good. Our day went smoothly, and guests had a blast.
The narrow toilet roll provided in the bathroom seemed like a cost-saving measure.

There is a separate room designated for the wedding party. It is used for breakfast and getting ready simultaneously. Function suites are comfortable. This setup allows ample time with guests instead of mingling with the public.

The en-suite room provided everything I needed. It featured a fast wifi connection, useful for getting work done on my laptop. There was a rainfall shower, a bonus that added to the convenience, and the room was clean and decorated beautifully.

I had Sunday lunch. The team was friendly and helpful. The food was among the best Sunday lunches I have had in years. The meal was fresh, hot, tasty, and priced well. I plan to return soon.

The event team exhibited inflexibility and was difficult to deal with. i found planning my event stressful. the team repeatedly denied my requests or showed reluctance to help. I've had better experiences at other hotels.
